Das Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften: Goethe-Fellows

The Goethe Fellowship Program was established in 2017 by the board of directors of the Forschungskolleg Humanwissenschaften and the President’s Office of Goethe University Frankfurt. The goal of the program is to foster and support excellent research in the humanities and to further the internationalization of research at the university. To this end, university professors who are developing new research questions are appointed to the Forschungskolleg as Goethe Fellows for a period of up to four years. Parallel to their research and teaching at the university, they receive the opportunity at the Forschungskolleg to further develop their research interests and to work on a proposal for a larger research project. They also receive support in inviting international research partners to collaborate on site or in hosting important conferences.
